USDA (840) approved EID Half Duplex tags with Global Extended Small Male button back sold in bags of 250 per bag.

A USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.  If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your state’s Animal Health Commission.

Premises ID is required for all USDA tag orders.
