USDA Maxi tag, size 4" high x 3" wide, button backs are included in this 6 piece set.Management code of your choosing printed on both tags, and EID number (same as EID number on EID tag) printed on front. Half duplex EID tag with mgmt code printed on button back.

The management code is the largest number/code on the tag, such as a tag number. This is laser-engraved with an ink overlay for long-term readability.

A USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.  If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your state’s Animal Health Commission.

Premises ID is required for all USDA tag orders.
