Super Maxi Female tag (not Tamperproof). Management code of your choosing printed on front, along with EID number (same as on EID tag). Large Male, rear-facing, visual tag with management code. Half Duplex EID tag with mgmt code printed on EID button back.

The management code is the largest number/code on the tag, such as a tag number. This is laser-engraved with an ink overlay for long-term readability.

A USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.  If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your state’s Animal Health Commission.

Premises ID is required for all USDA tag orders.
